The room door was a nightmare! It took forever to finally get it open, which made me feel super unsafe. After three frustrating tries, I just worried about my family’s security the whole time. Definitely not a relaxing trip.

Loved the location; it’s a stone's throw from the beach. The room was clean, though there was a bit of sand and some peeling ceiling issues. The shower had great water pressure, and our kids enjoyed the beach and the DVD rentals. On the downside, the phone didn’t work, and it felt a bit dated with limited outlets. The front desk staff were mostly friendly, but we encountered some waiting for the elevator and a maintenance issue with the refrigerator. Just enough positives to consider another stay, but definitely room for improvement.

The pools are great for kids and there are plenty of chairs available. The staff was friendly and helped us with everything we needed.
It wasn’t cheap, but the price is still okay for what you get.

The stay was promising but marred by key issues. Upon entry, the room was spotless, exuding a fresh scent. The view was stunning. Pet friendliness is a plus. the bed was poorly maintained—wire mattress and unsightly stains made for an uncomfortable night. The cleanliness was inconsistent; sand on the bathroom floor and a dirty fold-out couch upon arrival raised concerns. Restaurant prices didn't match the quality offered—the value simply wasn't there. While we were accommodated for an extended stay, responses to maintenance issues left much to be desired. A lack of housekeeping services was disappointing. Despite these drawbacks, the family-friendly environment and convenient location made it worthwhile. Still, improvements are essential for a truly memorable experience.

I really enjoyed the beachfront property as it allowed me to easily stroll along the beach and soak in the beautiful views; being just a short walk away from popular spots like the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade which is about 2 km and the Broadway Amusement Rides about 1.6 km made exploring super convenient, plus there are great dining options just a few steps away like Magnolia's at 26th for a bite or Starbucks for a coffee fix, the hotel also offers comfortable beds and several pools and hot tubs to relax in but I do think the cleanliness of the room could use a bit more attention in the future.

Spacious room, spacious pool with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the beach that made for a relaxing getaway at any time of day.

Water slides at Myrtle Waves were insane! Unlimited water park passes made the trip epic. Amusement park rides and the SkyWheel were dope. Free activities like mini-golf were clutch for saving cash. Indoor and outdoor pools kept us cool, and free admission to the water park was a vibe!
Wish they had more nighttime party spots for us teens to keep the fun going! .

My room had the perfect view overlooking the pool and ocean—absolutely breathtaking! I danced along to live music by the pool while enjoying tasty snacks from the bar. Plus, it's pet-friendly, which meant I met so many adorable pups during my stay!

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable, with plush pillows that made for a restful night. Check-in was effortless, and the staff was friendly. I appreciated the ocean view and the pool area. the bathroom was smaller than expected. Noise levels were generally low, though we occasionally heard hallway sounds. The keypad for room access was tricky but manageable. Amenities were basic, and the kitchen appliances felt outdated.

First off, I really appreciated having ironing facilities in the room. It's always nice to have wrinkle-free clothes, especially on vacation. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. Having tea and coffee facilities was a nice touch for those relaxing mornings. there were a few areas that could use improvement. The sitting area and dining table looked a bit worn with scuff marks, which made it feel a bit dirty. The microwave plate didn't spin properly, making it challenging to heat up our food evenly. The refrigerator had a strong bleach smell when opened, which was quite off-putting. the lack of a TV guide made it tricky to navigate through channels. On the bright side, the free toiletries provided were a nice bonus, and the kitchen utensils made it convenient to prepare some meals in-room. The presence of garden furniture was lovely for enjoying the outdoor breeze. our stay wasn't perfect, but it wasn't terrible either. We made the best of it and enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. Hopefully, these details help give you a better picture of what to expect at Patricia Grand.

Loved the oceanfront room with kitchen and no carpet. Beach access, spacious bathroom, and friendly staff. Exceptional bartender at the pool.

The fabulous amenities made me feel like royalty! Rainbow land unicorns! Amazing ocean view from the balcony. Super friendly staff, a lovely stay overall.

The restaurant at the facility exceeded our expectations. Despite the late hour, the staff went above and beyond to provide a satisfying dining experience. The bartender/waitress was particularly accommodating. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The location and view were fantastic! Just steps away from the beach, making it convenient for relaxing by the ocean. The staff was courteous and helpful, adding to a pleasant stay experience. Additionally, the towels provided were fresh, and the soap and shampoo were of good quality.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The floors were dirty, and I had to clean them myself.

Had a fantastic xmas stay at a pet-friendly place with cozy beds that saved our backs. The location was perfect, just steps away from warm pools and beautiful views from the balconies!
Parking was a nightmare for larger vehicles, and the layout made balconies face each other, lacking privacy. The room had cleanliness issues with drainage problems, scuffed furniture, and a smelly refrigerator.

Our family had a blast at the nearby Myrtle Waves Water Park, with plenty of thrilling water slides and lazy rivers. It offered unlimited fun for all of us with its exciting attractions, perfect for a memorable day under the sun.
My wife says that more child-friendly entertainment options would enhance the family experience.

My friends and I stayed at a beachfront resort in Myrtle Beach and had a great time. The room was clean and comfortable, with a wonderful view of the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had convenient hand sanitizing stations throughout. We enjoyed the balcony and kitchen facilities, especially the ice maker. The access to the beach was also a plus. our stay was enjoyable and we would consider staying again.
The AC unit in our room had a musty smell and blew cold, stinky air on us. Additionally, the phone in our room did not work properly.

the patricia grand is so clean - not a speck of dust! and it's just a hop - skip, and a jump to the beach. the staff are super friendly and made sure we had all the blankets and towels we needed. and get this - they even left the extra blanket in a big plastic bag outside our door while we were out. so thoughtful!
Can't recommend highly enough.

we had a great stay at Patricia Grand Resort. the ocean view room was amazing, with convenient parking and easy beach access. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, and on-site amenities like the bar and mini Starbucks.
